The technique I taught in my June classes was Tarnished Foil – an interesting way of getting a really rustic metallic look. This technique uses several different layers of ink, embossing, stamping & texture to get this effect and it combines really well with the rustic images in the Wood Words stamp set.

Have you tried the 1/4″ Copper Trim yet? If not, you really MUST! It is so versatile as it can be tied as I have here, or you can stretch it out nice and wide so it can be scrunched, rolled, tucked – so many options!
